| PSA Recognition | Stereographers are invited to submit their work to our International Exhibition. Judges will be looking for original and artistic interpretations in a variety of subject matter. Consideration will be given also to technical aspects such as exposure, alignment and placement of the stereo window. |
| Image Format | Only electronic images are accepted. Each entrant may submit up to 4 images, each image being in one parallel view JPEG file that is 2800 X 1050 pixels (2x1400x1050). We recommend using StereoPhoto Maker to resize the images. Details are here: http://www.ohio3d.com/DigitalGuidelines.htm (ignore the naming part - follow the naming convention below.) Maximum file size of each image pair should not exceed 1.5MB, total not to exceed 6MB. Please name each image as follows:
Use 1, 2, 3, 4 for the 4 images in the order you want them judged. Spaces can be used for the image title but no special characters such as commas, brackets, periods, etc. If you have any questions regarding this format, please contact the Exhibition Chairman. |
| Image Submittal Method | All 4 entries may be attached to an E-mail and sent to bpgauche@msn.com Please include "Ohio Exhibition" in the subject line. In the body of the E-mail include your name, address, PSA star rating, PSA honors, and a list of entries. We will try to acknowledge receipt of the E-mail within 24 hours. If you have not received acknowledgment within 48 hours, please contact us again so we can ensure your images are included in the judging. If you have a problem with E-mail reaching the above address, using the following E-mail address as an alternative: paul.gauche@we-inc.com |
| Image Eligibility |
Entries previously accepted in an Ohio Stereo Photographic Exhibition are not eligible. The original images must be made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally. Entrants are permitted to enhance or modify the original image as desired, as long as the photographic content predominates in the final image. Any modification of the original image must be by the exhibitor. By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certified the work as his own and permits the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition. |
| Entrant Eligibility | This Exhibition is open to any living photographer. Newcomers to stereography and international exhibitors are especially invited to submit their work. |
| Entry Fee | The entry fee is USD $5.00, to be
paid using Paypal to info@ohio3d.com.
Checks or currency may also be used for payment, but must be in US dollars. Currency will be accepted at entrant's risk. Make checks payable to George Themelis. Please mail check and payment to the Exhibition Chairman, Paul Gauche (see address below) |
| Selection & Awards |
~40% of all entries will be accepted in
the exhibition. Awards will be selected from highly scored images and
may be decided by discussion. The following awards will be
given:
