Only electronic images are accepted.  Each entrant may submit up to four (4) images, each image being in one parallel view JPEG file that is 3840 X 1080 pixels (2x1920x1080).   Maximum file size of each image pair should not exceed 2.0 MB, total not to exceed 8MB. 

We recommend using StereoPhoto Maker to resize the images.  Details are here: http://www.ohio3d.com/DigitalGuidelines.htm (ignore the naming part - follow the naming convention below.)  

For images not conforming to the above dimensions, the Exhibition Chairman reserves the right to adjust the overall stereo pair dimensions to accommodate the equipment used for the judging session without cropping or otherwise altering the image aspect ratio and image contents. 

Please name each image as follows:

Lastname_Firstname_Image Title_01.jpg 

(Example: Themelis_George_This is the Title_01.jpg)

Use 01, 02, 03, 04 for the 4 images in the order you would like them judged. Spaces and dashes may be used in the image title but no special characters such as commas, brackets, periods, etc. If you have any questions regarding this format, please contact the Exhibition Chairman.

All 4 entries may be attached to an E-mail and sent to Ohio3D@gmail.com

Please include “Ohio Exhibition” in the message subject line. Include the following information in the body of the message:

• First Name, Last Name

• Mailing Address (please include complete information)

• PSA Honors (FPSA, PPSA…etc.)

• PSA Star Rating

Be sure to attach your entries. We will try to acknowledge receipt of the email within 48 hours. If you have not received acknowledgement within 48 hours, please contact us again so we can ensure your images are included in the judging. Entries previously accepted in an Ohio Stereo Photographic Exhibition are not eligible. The original images must be made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally. Entrants are permitted to enhance or modify the original image as desired, as long as the photographic content predominates in the final image. NOTE: Any modification of the original image must be performed exclusively by the exhibitor, not by a third party or professional service. 

By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certified the work as his own and permits the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition.

Checks or currency may also be used for payment, but must be in US dollars.  Currency will be accepted at entrant's risk.  Make checks payable to Gary Bollenbacher. Please mail checks or cash payments to the Exhibition Chairman, Paul Gauche (see address below.)
